Making a Choice With Consequences

i was coachand tramplin on monday, i was just gone and ssir, there's a guy there. Most of them haven't tramplane before at a club,. as in trained olympic trampline. And he is worried about getting on the cramplain. He doesn't have very long goes because he doesn't want people to think he looks silly for too long. So then ence of his choice changed, which actually changed the choice itself. I changed the narrative around the choice he making by asking the question again. That is one of many tools i used when coaching children.
