I had a major problem with washing up. I just left everything to pile up. So making sure it got done, changed the way I viewed my kitchen,. Changed the way I view my house meant that I put the effort in and make the difference. It's not so much that I love the absence of dishes but what that represents: okay, I'm already that far ahead.
