The U.S. sends 40 billion dollars roughly to China every year in taxes, he says. That money is then given over to Xi Jinping in Beijing and used for whatever way the Chinese see fit,. He adds: "This craziness is part of the debt of the United States" The government could have raised enough money by taxing corporations so that we wouldn't bump up against the debt ceiling, McCarthy argues.
