Is There Affirmative Action for for Professors?
When it comes to diversity on campus, what exactly is there to be done? So for example, in the student government example i gave, the way this is handled in public university is viewpoint neutrality when it comes to school funding. But that's obviously not happening inin the standford context. The solution there would be the administration should say, moving forward, funding has to be done on an unideologic, neutral basis.
