A lot of misconception is, o, k, weve formed the company. We've been working on this together, so the company must own everything. That's not the case by defaultay. As a founder, i din't know. I had to sign that agreement too. It really is so hard to go back and ask people to do this. My rule is, you you can't come to work you're not. And in the virtual world, you're not getting your emal turned on, your knot in the slack until i p is all signed. But prio, the most important is founders actually a sign theirives, the ideas of this company....
