The Difficulty of Coming Forward in the North Wales and Cheshire Cases

It took a very long time for these North Wales and Cheshire cases to come to light, didn't it? So the people who've been giving evidence, whether it's video evidence or actually turning up to court to tell their stories now, they're middle aged. They've lived with this a really long time. And some of them had tried to come forward before. They've been collapsed cases. That it's part of the reason they didn't get justice in the first place. These people were big wigs, to them at least.
