Do Animals Survive Death?

A lot of people feel a really deep connection with their pets, and they feel like there's a real personality there. And many of them have the instinct that the pet's mind and personality is so real that if our minds survive and personality survive death, then theirs must too. I think that the human intuition that there is an after life is very serious evidence that there is one. But it's still not strong in intuition, and the intuition may be based on a misreading of animals.
