As the economy starts to maybe move sideways, do you think that there are going to be stakeholders who say out with all of this touchy, feely, the workplace as a family stuff, where are my results? Absolutely. I work in SaaS, off-word service. So we already went from the growth at all costs to profitability pendulum swing. My perspective on this and it hasn't changed. I think the best leaders and cultures deliver results and treat people well.
