The Importance of Physical Activity in Black Economic Progress
In 1963 and 2012, unemployment averaged 5.1% per whites, but 11.1% for blacks. Under President Obama, black employment declined under the seventh year of his presidency. But what he left office in 2017, the black jobless rate was 7.5%. And then it fell to a record low of 4.7 in April of this year. How come nobody was reporting that? Are you kidding me?
