Just the fact that they sell outstanding goes up is not necessarily an indication of manipulation. The gross margin is going down, suggesting that we are giving to our customers discount. What if I know that this company is a weak governance structure? If I bring all these pieces together, then suddenly I have much better confidence of my ability to identify the likelihood or to estimate the likelihood of channel stuffing.
