Andrew Keen was introduced to reverse meditation 25 years ago in a Tibetan Buddhist retreat. He says the practice involves letting your mind go and creating as many thoughts as you possibly can. The idea is to work with "unwanted circumstances" such as old age, sickness and death. A chiral ground is traditionally represented as archetypal of all locations where cadavers would be put out rotting in the sun by hyenas and hawks.
