Climate Change and Meat Consumption

Meat consumption has skyrocketed in recent decades, and that despite what we know about the climate impact of meat, consumption is going to go higher still. Even now, as we see a rise of vegetarianism and veganism among some populations, global meat consumption is still going up. Eating meat's impact on the climate, this could be devastating. Already, we're facing a life or death struggle for survival, such as the UN's chief Antonio Katerish, and that's because of climate change. We've heard how what we eat makes a big difference to the global thermostat. But it's not always easy to know how green what you're eating actually is.
