The National Customer Rage Survey was released this week. The survey found that customer rage is up across the land. In order to actually speak with a human being, you have to be so far down the line in the customer service chain that that's the last step. They are told to tell you no, which means you explode with rage the minute you hear no because you've already wasted more time than it's worth.
