The Importance of Women in Ministry

Women tend to have more decision points in their life about entering into ministry. And depending on their life stage, what their household make up is, there's a whole bunch of things happening for them. So if you talk about ministry, adding something on top of that can just feel daunting. The fact that our church budgets are often quite tight doesn't help as well.
