I've Been Branded a Static Typing Person. That's Just False

I've been branded a static typing person. I think that it didn't used to be true. It took me kind of a long time both to understand what I did like about type systems and how to use them effectively, but also to find languages that I appreciated. The way to effectively use a type system requires understanding on some level what the type system does, how it works, what it's for, how to make it work for you. And this is something that is intriguing to me because if you look at basically any computer science curriculum, most people don't know anything about type systems.
