How to Automate the Sales Conversation?

Sally Kohn: I think we're going to talk a little bit about ways that online or service-based businesses can automate more of their processes. When you pull out the form where you respond via email, you can lead them into kind of a questionnaire to ask them the most important questions in order to prepare for the sales conversation. You can use the time between the booking of the appointment to the appointment and pre-sell stuff. There's a bunch of tools out there. It is the exercise of having to go back and forth with people over email to set a date for something. And I find it to be one of the most awful tasks.
