Is the Turnout for the Referendum What Driven Turnout?
Every one of the 12 referenda so far went in the pro-choice direction. Michigan is a swing state. Montana is a red state at the presidential and in congressional level. These are all places where the pro-life movement had a real chance. And not only did the pro-choicers win, but they ran ahead of Democratic candidates too.
