Introduction
Zillo, a company that makes software to help people buy and sell houses, shut down this year. Zilo's goal was not to like buy low and selhi, but rather to just concreate a market for houses. The housing market is out of control right now, so they're making offers based on whatever value estimate they've got at the time. They don't have to let go to the house to assess it before the sale. But almost always part of that process is an aperson going into the house only after it's been barred or looking at it.
