Young Pastors - The Modeling of Senior Staff Members

The modeling and example of the senior staff members is critical to the younger guys. When I was starting out in youth ministry, the prevalent attitude was we hire youth ministers, but there are a bunch of clowns. And luckily, that's really changed dramatically. There's so many older guys my age who understand that you mentor those younger staff members,. not to ride them for sure.
