The DA Bragg's Claim to Facilitate an Election Tampering Crime
In order to try it as a felony under New York law you have to prove that this was done with the intense to facilitate another crime so that could be hard to convict. He's basically saying that the DA Bragg is basically saying that oh this was done to facilitate this federal crime of like election tampering or whatever except he doesn't even say that in the claim because the way the law is written you actually don't have to state or prove or charge what the other crime even is. "This whole thing right now is resting on this really weird nuance like what do you know theory that is just super super kind of out there"
