How to Build a New Era of the Workforce?

The economy that we're seeing is sort of fracturing into two they are the things that are done by machines. And i think it's about emphasizing emotional intelligence. How do you even teach that? I mean, no matter how much we need humans to do certain work, it sounds like in the future there will simply be fewer jobs, period. Is that something we need to hear governments address more?
