The world's largest chocolate expo returns to Paris from October 28th to November 1st, 2022. This event will feature tastings, workshops, demos from famous chocolate makers and more. To mark the occasion, we decided to rerun an episode from March 2022, featuring a trailblazing chocolate maker - Ufrazi Mamba.
