Long-Term Rentals - Is That a Good Idea?
Short-term rentals are an absolute love and that she finds great joy in that type of work. And so even if home prices are higher now than of course they were a few years ago, this could be a good opportunity to replace the type of real estate that she's not into with the type her is into. These are two long-term assets that beat inflation over long periods of time. It's what she's looking for.
