The Importance of Free Speech in Comedy

I like to create that in my shows because it's this intimacy with a room full of strangers. So I did that with this show and there's a lot of different versions of it but the whole thing is ultimately one of those. It's a private joke. But instead of getting that payoff of a call back in the laughter, I got the emotional resonance of the trauma,. My pain and I felt that shared in my exchanges in the room. That is comedy without the laughs. Yeah.
