The State's Power to Regulate Public Health
There's pretty clearly a road map here for state governments if they want to implement mandates. The statute, iis indifferent to whether it ard in the workplace is also found elsewhere. But that wasn't the mandate. It wasn't aimed at those jobs that are particularly dangerous. Hence the lack of discrimination hints the blunderbuss I will say.
