Product Management - The Soft Side

The product manager's motto is, with great responsibility comes no power. So we have to influence without authority all the time. We have to beg and conjol and bribe people to do what we want because no one reports to us. Communication and influencing skills are really important. But then there's a soft side, whichs as you grow in your career, i think is even more important to influence at higher and higher levels.
