Is Your Blog Really Good for Recruiting?

Duple is about to ramp up recruiting a bit at Duple. One of the things I'm encouraging us to do is write more, especially like engineering kind of blog posts. Even though my blog is read, I think by at least majority software engineers, they mostly prefer not to read about software engineering.
