The Dissonance Between the User of AI Enabled Features and the Rest of the Product
I think the issue I have with products that are plugging an AI element on top when it's not built in or with the product is not designed for being AI first, you create this really weird user experience shift. The way we believe we have a then advantage is that our assumption and our vision has always been to build an easy to use tool. And then the AI element just becomes natural as an extension to that. So I guess if those companies need to really want to enable AI inside of the product, they're also gonna have to rethink the rest of the user experience because ultimately, use the user of this AI,.
