The Kake Off
I always set a three months timer on our engagements, just because the momentum of the first outreach, it decays overtime and so i want to encourage my clients to bring the most important topics in. Of course, they'll prioritize the stuff that's most important, and over time, the topics get less important. It typically takes three months, or maybe four months. I try to help an uncover blind spots in building their companies right and also in their personal development. And so i ask them questions around that framework.
