i think it's important for lawyers to recognize that you can't just wake up with those skills. And i think clifferd chance has been really forward thinking in this area, because for a long time now, they've been hiring a lot of continuous improvement. They're growing out their theck team significantly in different offices. So i think it’s important for the industry to understand where a lot of our skills and value does lie,. The things that we may want to borrow from other industries and inactually give effect our change.
