How to Respond to Incessant Interruptions

If you feel compelled to interrupt, first track the ratio of how much you're talking versus how much other people are talking. Smile, pause, make direct eye contact, say their name, then tell them, I'm going to finish my point, and then you can have your turn. Watch for others interrupting and give everyone space to make their point. Your job as a leader is to provide a forum - be it by going one-on-one around the table or around the screen.
