Getting People to Vote in Government Elections

There's 500 million tokens being created every day. One way is intentivise voting, which is basically giving people micro payments to vote on every single proposal that has long termed effect. But the second way of thinking about it is actually finding the right people who care enough and give them the tools and needs to vote. I think there's a lot of early, interesting examples in the cripto sface that show what the futuref might look like.
