Resiliency in the Suburban Experiment
The suburban experiment is build all at once to a finished state. There's no idea of redevelopment or change or adaptation over time. You essentially have created in this very expensive high financial burn development pattern the like natural conditions to destroy it and destroy it very, very quickly. It's amazing to me because in the suburban experiment, resilience often means hardening. And your idea here is to harden stuff to make it more resilient. This is a mindless approach in my sense to resilience.
