Reflect on the things that you did that enabled you to get there. You are attracting positivity and opportunity. Opportunities and happiness will come. Everybody can look forward to it. This hope will make our anxieties less and depression or negative thoughts will lift. We've lived through the bad times, but that has made us stronger,. so strong and resilient that you can take on life's challenges with ease. If nothing comes to mind, you can always continue to rest your ension on the breath until something comes up.
