Rai: I think one of the puzzles about the bregset debates has been it's been largely an economic debate about trade and job losses. And i don't think it was ever really an economic decision in the sense that i think it was about fear and control. So there was fear of what was happening in the world having to do with either some form of globilization, some sense that our poweris being taken away,. And it all coalesced into this move to take back control, whatever that means. Rai: Will there be people reconsidering?
