Emian: One of the challenges that we had was on the hiring front. It's very important for them to hire whether it's on the lab side or on the computational side, people that are really interested in the other side. So if you're a company developing molecules and developing ex-mom molecules, you want to have chemists in the team that are just curious by machine learning. And likewise, you want ML people that don't want to work in isolation.
