The Importance of Movement in the Real World

I think one of the challenges is it's really hard to think outside of yourself in your own context when you're an expert of something. You talk about moving around with either minimal footwear or barefoot when you can, how I think that's a harder thing for people to do. And even if you're interested in being really fit and longevity, all these things, you're still only going to do that for a certain amount of time anyway during the day. The best thing that works on my body, quite frankly, are my toes.
