The Marquis Club's Owner Is Hard to Convince
The Marquis Club is the best underground venue on Oxford Street. It's been said when the best blues band outside of Chicago. Brian sits on an amp in the dressing room, going over and over the set list. Jimmy Reed, Fat Stominow, Elmore James, Chuck Berry have been scribbled out. The owner eventually let Brian talk him into giving them a slot. But once he's seen them, he'll be begging for more.
