When it rained too hard, the water would just start spewing back out of the shower. The fourth and second floor had balconies, but they hadn't cleaned the gutters in so long thatk the leaves had turned to soil,. So the gutters didn't really everyone's balcony would flood when it rained. It was also how we discovered that this problem had been on going.
