Lalu: Tarot is a new taproot based protocol that can operate with Lightning or on top of Lightning. I came up with that concept sometime last September or so, and that was an initial idea,. Then I started to develop a protocol a bit more. That was the story to actually getting the idea and doing that master give it itself.
