Is There a Multi-Year Dynamic in the Stock Pickers Market?

Since the 87, small caps have had the same performance as large caps with a lot more volatility. That's when kind of fang momentum really started to take place. I do think that tech leadership may fade a bit and there was an enormous amount of short covering from the edge funds in the first six weeks of this year. We've had some real success with smaller cap semiconductors in the last two months,. A couple of stocks that we identified early on have doubled. So I think tech to me is okay, not particularly if you're in small cap.
