The Prosecution of President Trump

Marshall: The stuff in which Washington runs and nobody ever is classified is prosecuted except low level leakers people like Edward Snowden or Chelsea Manning. He says senior officials in Washington are never prosecuted essentially for this but if they are prosecuted they are never really treated like criminals, he says. Marshall: In law precedent is everything how the law has been applied in other similar cases always guides how we view the law in this case.
