In two thousand and 12, we launched the first version of this course in two thousand 14 ad. We have had thousands of students go through this course over the year since then. So that experience has really helped us get hands on knowledge about how do you make deliberate practice work in the knowledge work environment? And i don't mean this to be a plug for top peformer. I'm just saying this was the foundation of me learning about how o you actually make these principles work in the office.
