Meditation for Anxiety
For a long time, meditation was like my primary escape from anxiety. Eventually i did end up getting on medication and other things because the meditation ended up not being quite enough at that particular chapter of my life. Yes, i later got off the medication and continued the media n a that lasted a year, two years. Just the meditation was getting me through. If you need that help from medication, it's there. Buti honestly bet a lot of you, a if not a majority of you, if you have like similar feelings with an ty and stuff like that, like i beg an, you, please try meditation. It's profound.
