Innovative Engagement Strategies in Healthcare

Will leads +Oscar's Modular Solutions business, with a focus on commercializing discrete components of +Oscar's tech stack to both providers and payers. Will was drawn to the opportunity after spending copious hours with providers in FL and recognized the impact +Oscar's technology could have in accelerating Value-Based Care adoption nationwide.

Prior to joining +Oscar, Will had a variety of roles within Oscar's Insurance business across Growth, P&L management, and Value-Based Care Strategy and Contracting. The bulk of his work has been in Florida, Georgia, and Texas over his seven plus years at Oscar. Prior to Oscar, Will was an Associate Consultant at Bain and Company in their Dallas office, where he advised Technology and Healthcare clients on market entry, product portfolio optimization, and new product development. Will is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he was also a member of their 2011 College World Series baseball program. He spends the majority of his time in Florida, but resides in Texas.
