Are You Trying to Beat the Gun Lobby in an Election?

Since uvaldi, there's been 18 massed shootings in the united states. Red flag laws would allow you to take guns away temporarily from kids who are showing signs of doing something disastrous. We're talking about strengthening our background check system. The rules of the senate right now require you to get 60 votes, not 50 votes, in order to pass a bill like that. So yes, i don't think we should deliberately adopt the policies of mister mc connell. But i do think that when we have power,  we listen to them and do what the majority of americans want us to do.
