How Much Time Has Passed Since Thekla's Death?

Saverian has been outside of the gates of Nessus for four days. He's still less than a month out of the Mataccian tower that he grew up in. We get autark Saverian talking a lot about that past as if it is distant and removed from him. But this is all something that's taken place the entire story other than Saverian's childhood.
