Most geans, as i think, to use richard dawkin's analogy, are like the eight men in a boat rowing - each one of them can only get to the other end if he pulls his oar. I m ean some very interesting insights into the problems that can arise during pregnancy have arisen from taking selfish gean point of view. What would i do if i was a gen in the foetus? What would i doing if i were a gen inthe mother? And the kind of conflicts that arise can, in fact, lead to quite serious complications in pregnancy.
