The Importance of Understanding UX Design

UX design is not one thing and can mean a lot of things. There's no universal right answer but pretty much it's about building products that people love using or enjoy using. Another point that I really liked was the one when we try to talk about what is a good experience for a user. Good experiences are about feelings, relationships just like we said trust and things that have more to do with what the user feels than what the user thinks necessarily.
