Seed Banks in Ukraine - What's to Be Done?

A good practice, usually in many countries, is to back up these seed collections abroad. But the problem here is that ukraine has actually lacked the resources to make use of this norwegian seed bank. The hope is that after the war, ukraine's agricultural research institutions will be able to diversify their connections. And linking to other institutions around the world will improve their resilience. That will also improve the reach of its research.
